The ticket entitles you to a one-hour visit to visit and take photos in the over 50 installations created by our artists!
Given the particularity of the exhibition, access to animals is NOT allowed, even if they are small.
We recommend all visitors purchase tickets on our official website or at the museum ticket office to avoid scams by unauthorised ticket platforms (Thrillophilia).
OPENING TIME
From Monday to Friday open all day 10-19 (the ticket office closes at 18)
Saturday and Sunday
– morning 10-13 (the ticket office closes at 12)
– afternoon 14-19 (ticket office closes at 18)
Last admission is allowed until 18:00, the closing time of the ticket office.
To avoid queues at the entrance, especially at weekends, online booking is strongly recommended

To have priority and guaranteed access to the Museum, it is recommended to purchase an online ticket. Tickets can also be purchased at the ticket office on the day of the visit unless the maximum number of admissions allowed is reached. “
